Suraj gives top priority to this division, as it believes the satisfied customers will bring in more business.
Suraj has its own service technicians, service engineers to attend to the complaints of the customers. We follow two patterns.
Free service during Warranty period. After Warranty period, service is rendered in two ways
- Annual Maintenance Contract service.
- Adhoc service.
